Warranty and Returns

Warranty for Indoor and Outdoor is 1 year for finishes, 1 year for structural frames. 

Warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes minor natural timber movement, misuse, fading and normal wear and tear.

Natural Teak Timber characteristics gives our furniture a unique look and textures of natural wood knots, natural minor cracks, natural colour variations and natural movement as Teak Timber was once a living timber and these characteristics are not deemed as a product fault.

Returns Policy - if a request for a Refund, Return or Exchange - firstly please check goods upon delivery, if any issues please immediately send a photo and details of product fault or damage to hello@ianaliving.com to assist you. Credits or replacements can be arranged for damaged or faulty items at our discretion. We can organise a pickup when arranged and approved. 

Change of Mind Returns -Please choose carefully prior to purchase as we do not have to exchange an item for change of mind. Any returns must be wrapped and in original condition and return delivery cost is not included. Refund will be issued once we receive the returned item and checked over.
